Hello,
I bought this camera last year and use it occasionally. I took both pictures and videos with hardly any problems at first. But, after a while, as others said, you take a few pictures and it shuts down. I assumed it was a battery problem. But just yesterday a person at a picnic told me it's not the batteries. He said it's similar to a computer "crashing." He said just to take the batteries out and then put them back in. It restarts the camera. (computer problem; not battery problem)
However, I tried to video an event at the picnic and I thought the camera worked. When I got home and put the video on my home computer, there was no sound. Video was fine, but couldn't hear the person singing. Anyone know what happened?
Now that I know about one problem, I will start using it more often.
Betty
