Is there a way to interface with a camcorders zoom function remotely so as to have control for a security camera? I am building a PTZ enclosure from an ammo box with a sony 8mm handycam inside. The box will be panned and tilted with basic servos but I have yet to figure out how to control the zoom function? Actually for that matter also the power function unless just left on 24/7.
