How to adjust the tension tape on Sony VX 2000 ?

Hello,

Looks like I'm having trouble with the tension tape on my Sony VX 2000.

My last couple times I sent my camera for repair , Sony they also adjust the tension tape and my problem gone.

So I don't want to put more money in Sony's pocket again, to do the same job.

For sure is a way how to adjust the tension tape, but I can't figure it out.
There are a lots of springs and I don't really want to adjust nothing before I ask.

What's the symptom that requires the tension tape to be adjusted? What is the tension tape?

The tension tape is giving the speed of the tape in front of the recording head. I am having artifacts on the right side of the tape, and I am loosing sound.
