Help! i just used my USB to put files on my memory stick to the comp and now It doesnt wrok any suggestions

i just used my USB TO PUt files on my memory stick to my computer. then the next hour or so, i put my usb in the computer from my camera and BOOM!! nothing showed up, i clicked my computer and dont see any thing bout USB and when i put the thing on camera it says USB mode anad everything my camera is a SONY DCR-TRV350 THANX
