Format CF Card

is it possible to reformat a CF card? I just downloaded photos from it... put it bank in the 10d and get Err 02. my other Cf cards work so I know it is the card. I is my only 2g and hate to buy another one already. arrrh! is there a way to format the CF card on pc (can't get pc to read teh card .. tried to readers).. then format the card in the Canon?

hmmm, so after you put it into the PC, can't you click on the drive and select "Format"? Like right-click on the drive, and then select "Format"?
