I made a movie in my camera in the portrait mode and then transferred it to the computer (avi format). Now when I view it in the computer it is in landscape format!
Is there any software that can rotate the frames by 90 degrees?
Thanks for your time and help.

yah, i do that all the Time, too. some times it is just more natural to shoot verTically. I use a software called VirtualDub to do my conversions. It is a free software for Windows.

Thanks for the suggestion. In the meantime, searching the web, I found another beauty, FreeVideoFlipAndRotate.exe that does the job pretty fast. Hope this proggy will help others here too.
