problem uploading photos from Micro Digital Camera 24280-M

I just got this camera for Christmas and everythings working ok besides the uploading photos everytime I try it says no potos found and I have it selected on Dual Camera and its still no workinf Plz help me!!

I have this camera and i take pictures and it beeps and everything but when i go to upload the photos it says i dont have any....? how do i fix that????

i have downloaded the disc 2 the computer & it keep saying its incomplete i have exchanged my camra also
