Excerpt:	I got a vivicam7500i and am supposed to be able to "plug and play" but cannot get it to work. I think that the usb ports are the problem. they are not 2.0. does anybody know if that could be the problem. I'm going nuts and the warrenty time is running out. I need to mail the camera back soon.
