Did the manual show how to align the gears? I have a Sony repair manual, but it only covers dismantling and circuitry. I have successful dismantled and re- aligned my gear set, one of the cogs had come loose and jumped. I can operated the whole mechanism by hand if I remove the electric motor, but it will not activate when I open the unit.
