LCD TFT screen 1.5" AUO A015AN02

I have an Acer SV-200 multi-function device (camera/camcorder/mp3 etc See Acer Multi-Functional 7-in-1 VideoCam Model SV-200 User's Guide for details)
It has a broken 1.5" LCD TFT screen. The LCD module is an AUO A015AN02 which I have found out happens to be the same module used in the CVS One-Time-Use Video Camcorder (CVS One-Time-Use Video Camcorder Review).
I have tried to find any source that would sell me just one of the LCD modules but have given up on that but maybe I could find someone who would sell one of the modules from an old hacking project or even one of the cheap CVS units. (These units appear not to be sold anymore... or certainly not to me in Australia)
I'd be happy for any insights into where miscellaneous parts like this can be purchased.
