Inside the microSD to Memory Stick Duo Adapter

After burning out my microSD to Memory Stick Duo Adapter by trying it with a microSDHC card, I decided it to take it apart and see what is really inside it. The photo below shows the inside of this adapter. Apparently there is an entire circuit board to do the conversion, rather than just a simple pin-to-pin conversion.
