Flaky Aperture Blade Control During AF on Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX

Hi I need some help! My Sigma 105mm just failed. It seems like the motor that controls aperture blades has problem. It will jump around whenever I tried to focus, and then come to a halt and shows 'contact error' on my Canon body.

Any ways to fix it without replacing components?
