HDC finally shipping from Amazon

Quite a few of my friends have pre-ordered HDC from Amazon quite a while back. However, they are all still waiting for the book. It came as a surprise to me that they weren't the first to receive the books, considering that they waited on the pre-order for so long. But the good new today is that one of my friend got a shipping notice:

Maybe they sold out and that's why I had to wait...

I hope this means that many folks are ordering HDC. And I hope they have enough HDC in stock now to ship to everyone. Has anyone else had to wait on Amazon?
