Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T900 - The Slimmest Digital Camera

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T900 is a point and shoot digital camera brand that is fully loaded with great features and has a stylish slim pocket design just 15.1 mm wide. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T900 is a successor to the T700 model and is more superior with regard to design and performance. It comes in a wide range of colors to suit almost every personality. It has 12.1 megapixels and a 4x optical zoom Carl Zeiss lens and weighs only 5 ounces. It has a 3.5” wide extra fine touch screen display with icons for easier use and control both in shooting and playback mode.

It has an intelligent auto mode that can enhance natural skin tones, adjust the camera to the lighting conditions and reduce blur. The camera also has a face detection and smile shutter technology. This helps in controlling exposure, flash and focus while the smile shutter helps you capture smiles when they occur by just pressing the shutter button. It also uses the intelligent scene recognition which analyses a scene and sets the appropriate settings for the subject and therefore eliminates the need to set different settings for different conditions. This can be done automatically or selected manually from eleven settings.

The camera has stereo microphones to capture quality sound and a high definition mode for capturing movies which are stored in a 4GB memory stick. This makes the camera useful when you donߴt have your camcorder with you. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T900 comes with internal software that allows you to retouch, share and archive your captured photos. Perhaps the main disadvantages of this camera are that its battery life is not very strong, the maximum aperture is poor and the compact design somehow makes it very crowded. The price may also be out of reach for some customers. This however can be addressed by having the cheaper T90 model that is almost similar to the T900. I think this is the slimmest camera Iߴve ever seen, you can mistake it for a cell phone!
