Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX7 classic features sliding front panel of its T-series models. Simply slide the panel down and the camera turns on. As it uses a retractable lens system, 4x zoom does not extend to the body. Carl Zeiss ® Vario-Tessar lens has a 35mm equivalent 25-100mm, which gives us a nice wide angle for landscapes and portraits. Of course we want more punch in the telecommunications sector, but no camera is perfect. We do not have a problem arises it in our pocket. Since it weighs 5.3 ounces with the battery, We can take it anywhere. Available in red, blue or silver black finish.

I have a sony tx7, its quite a spectacular little camera. I also have a sony tx1.

They both take really huge pictures, greater than 10megapixels, however the images are very grainy.

The video is the same way, especially in avhcd format.

When you crop the photos down they become very nice, and eliminates most of the noise problem, but thats not what you bought a large megapixel camera.

Sony needs to really work on the signal to noise ratio on their exmor sensors if they are going to win the competition, The night pictures are spectactular, but the grain effect brings a tear to your eye.

Buy one on ebay for 100$ and you will be incredibly happy, it connects very well to your living room hdtv, and the videos are fun to watch with the family.
