DSC-W120 doesn't turn on

I'm having a problem after my camera fell in sand I tried to clean it several times, disassembled the zoom assembly & all the parts till it started to move & extend but somehow in a jerky way, the E:62:20 message is still there, can't take shots, the last time this morning I was assembling the camera I accidentally shorted those 2 SMD components see attached photo https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/108951625/dsc-w120.jpg after that the camera no longer turns on no matter how long I press the power button
