Olympus Stylus Tough TG-830 hack for video limit / mem card size

I have an Olympus TG-830 camera.

1. I want to film continuous video for more than 29.59 minutes (there is a 30 minute video limit on cameras that was imposed by the EU... cunts).

2. Can I hack it to take a 256gb mem card? They say it can only accept 128gb mem card...

Please tell me how to hack it!
