HTC Touch (Verizon XV6900) PDA Camera Phone

im tryn to figure out how i can store my contacts my music my playlist and my pictures to my storage card i have a XV6900

It's easy to move everything you are talking about with the File Manager. The only thing that I don't know how to move is the "contacts".
