Transfer box to transfer old 8mm film to digital

Have a sony dcr-hc1000 camcorde and need suggestions or where to buy a mirror transfer box to transfer old 8mm films to dvd. I have video editing software already.

Why not to try with http://www.homemoviedepot.com/services/video/ for your video transfer?? They're experts working with 6mm, 16mm, Beta,VHS,mini DV and others.

It looks like Home Movie Depot, referenced above, is now own by ScanDigital. All 8mm to DVD conversion is done in Fishers, Indiana.
