Since the Canon EOS 10S, Elan, Elan II, and Elan IIe all uses the RC-1 remote, I suspect these cameras can also be triggered with this universal remote control.
Clip one end off the patch cable and added the 3/32 connector for the camera side. An alternative is to use an adapter on the end of the standard patch cable.
