iConcept products are lame

I have tried a couple of iConcepts products and they've sucked beyond reason. Their USB mouse for one, is a mouse you would only use if you had no other working mouse, could not get your hands on any other working mouse, desperately just NEED something to act as a mouse, and don't plan on doing anything past extremely simple clicking and (very slowly and carefully) moving it left and right. :/

Their 4 port USB plugin device must not be for standard USB plugs (despite starting with 'Universal'), because all the gizmos I had with USB plugs that I tried to insert WOULD NOT GO IN. I had to push... and strain!, before the device would go in. I was afraid I would destroy the data on my flash drives or mess up my pen tablet, so I returned it and got a cheaper one that slid in easily like all other USB ports...

Normally I'm not the type of person who will not buy from a company because of a bad experience (I don't like the Taco Bell restaurant food, but I like their TV dinners), but anyone who is considering saving a few bucks and getting an iConcepts product should be warned - don't! Spend a couple of extra dollars for a better quality product, because iConcepts just feels like a cheap scam!
