JVC Gulf, the Japanese consumer electronics giant, has launched Everio a revolutionary digital media camera that can record high quality video and still images on several digital recording media.

Does anyone know if the 4GB microdrive in the Everio is removable or not? It sure would be nice to be able to swap in another microdrive, while the files are being transferred to the PC.

Apparently the answer is yes . . . found Everio web-site . . . support a CF Type II and a SD Card slot simultaneously.
