Canon PowerShot A400: increasing video recording time

... the movie is limited to 3 minute only(max)! Can I incraese the movie limit?

hey ,
i was going through some message board and came accross your video recording format for the canon a400 , any idea how someone could increase the 30 seconds max video recording time ..
?

The author of "Hacking the Canon Powershots" has extended video limits from 30 seconds to 3 minutes many Canon PowerShot digital cameras. Perhaps, if you contact the author and work with him, he will have a working version for your camera.
